We do not accept any returns once the order is dispatched.
We do not provide replacements for any plants under any circumstances.
Plants may experience minor stress, leaf drop, or slight damage during transit, which is natural and should recover with proper care. Such conditions will not be considered for return or replacement.
Customers are requested to verify plant details before ordering. Ensure timely pickup from the transport point to maintain plant health.
